This policy covers the Bunker Lasertag marketing website at www.bunkerlasertag.com and online bookings for Bunker LaserTag made through our shared booking system at www.uczpaintball.com/book/. Both are operated by Southwest Paintball Ltd. There is no separate booking privacy notice.
Bunker Lasertag is operated by Southwest Paintball Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 4332590. We run the indoor laser tag venue at Poltimore, Exeter (within UCZ Paintball Park grounds), and sister combat activities under the UCZ brand.

Bookings for Bunker LaserTag are taken through our in-house booking system (linked from this site as “Book Now”). When you complete a booking we store:
Card payments are processed by IPG, the online payments provider used by our bank, NatWest. A billing address may be required for card authorisation; that address is not stored in our database. Temporary session data used while you book is cleared once the booking is complete. We do not store cancelled or abandoned carts. There are no customer login accounts.
(For airsoft walk-on events on the wider UCZ system only, attendee names may also be stored. Standard Bunker laser tag packages store the lead booker and booking details above — not a full list of group members.)
Session waivers are paper only. They are handed to the member of staff supervising your group on the day. We do not store waivers digitally.
We process booking data to perform our contract with you. We also rely on legitimate interests where appropriate (for example running a secure website). We do not send marketing or promotional emails. We do not track opens or clicks on our emails.
This marketing site does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising pixels. The booking system uses session cookies while you complete a booking so the process works; related session data is cleared once the booking is complete. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
Card payments are handled by IPG (NatWest’s online payments service). We never receive or store your full card details. We only record payment status and transaction IDs against the booking.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share booking or enquiry data with third parties for their marketing or other commercial purposes. Card payments are processed by IPG (via NatWest) as described above. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety and legal rights.
Under UK data protection law you may have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict certain processing of your personal data, and to object to some processing or request portability where applicable. Contact info@bunkerlasertag.com.

Laser tag is from age 8. Online bookings are made by an adult lead booker. We store that lead booker’s details (plus booking and payment tracking data). Paper waivers for players are collected on the day and not stored digitally. We do not use children’s data for marketing.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
